The Angel of Spring Rises is a 30x30x2 inches canvas print of an original painting by Gill Bustamante. It comes in a white wooden floater frame (frame with slight gap between the canvas and the frame so it appears to ‘float’). The dimensions with the frame are 31.5x31.5 inches. The depth of frame is 2 inches (stands out from the wall by 2 inches) and the width of frame is ½ an inch. It comes with a certificate of authenticity and free gifts from the artist. The canvas was printed with fade resistant ink and has a matte varnish for protection. It can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth if needed.
See video for an example of the frame (not the same print)
The Angel of Spring Rises is a print of a painting by Gill Bustamante once used on a TV ad (see artists website news page for details). The painting is semi-abstract and shows pink flowers rising up in the foreground against a lake and green trees behind them. The angel is suggested in the shapes made by the water shining through the stems of the flowers. The idea of it is to show the exuberance of springtime which seems to rise up in glory (as a angel allegedly might) at the end of every winter.
