As far back as my early childhood, I have had a fascination for making things. From creating cardboard box castles for my toys, to memories of my mother showing me how to draw a horse at the kitchen table, I have been hooked on all things arty and crafty. There was never any question in my mind that I would end up being an artist, although it still feels strange to describe myself as one. I absolutely love working with collage, cardboard, tissue paper and acrylic paint, and find endless inspiration from the countryside and shoreline around the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, where I am fortunate enough to live. More recently I have also developed a passion for the night sky and night sky photography, which may feed into my future art work in some way.
