Each cottage is hand formed, decorated and fired in an electric kiln followed by a raku firing out of doors which creates the smoky unglazed roof. Raku loosely translates as 'joy in imperfection', the process is inspired from traditional low fired Japanese firings.
Can also be used as a dried stem holder, i use my own to display dried seedheads.
