Big Jeff is based on my regular seagull visitor, who used to arrive on my windowsill throughout the day for snacks, when I used to live in Sussex. I really miss Jeff, but his knitted legacy lives on.
Each Big Jeff knitting kit is carefully handmade and packed by me, and will contain all the yarn and notions that you need to knit a cuddly seagull friend – No need to order all the different yarns and bits and pieces – you can sit back, relax, and start knitting straight away. If you'd like to add needles to your kit, a pair of high quality 25cm long 4mm Pony aluminium knitting needles are £2, and a pack of 2 Pony darning needles are £1.
Big Jeff is simply knitted flat on a pair of 4mm (UK 8/ US 6) knitting needles, making him an excellent project for a beginner who knows the basics of knitting: no need to knit in the round.
All kit and parcel packaging is plastic-free, and recyclable.
