    What is your delivery time?
    We aim to pack every order within 24 hours of having received it (business days, Mon - Fri), and use First Class or Second Class post to dispatch orders to customers within the UK. This means that if we receive your order first thing on Monday morning, and you have chosen First Class, you should have it by Wednesday. 

    However, because some factors are out of our hands, please consider using our Tracked and Tracked + SIgned services at checkout so that you can see exactly where your parcel is.

    If you have purchased an item directly from the artist through our Artist's Studio Collection, delivery conditions may vary. Please read the instructions issued by the artist themselves. Sadly, our Artisan Marketplace does NOT deliver to N.Ireland. Sorry!

    Our packers don't drink Redbull but they do often seem to have wings, so if you really need something by a particular date, please write it in the 'comments' field and we will do our very best for you. We can't promise 100% success but we will certainly try.

    What is your returns policy?
    We want you to be totally happy with your online purchases, so if there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days) on info@greenpebble.co.uk or +44 (0)1502 710427 and we will do everything we can to resolve it.


    International customers, please selected a Tracked or Tracked + Signed or Courier option to enable us to monitor your order. 

    Can I return one of your products if I bought it in a shop?
    Please return the item to the shop, along with your proof of purchase and original packaging. If you have purchased an item through a market or fair, please make sure you get the vendor's contact details at the time of purchase.

    Do you offer discounts?
    We have a super Loyalty Club, where you can earn points to redeem against future orders. Learn more by clicking on the green 'Loyalty Club/Rewards' tab on the bottom right-hand side of our website.

    Please note that original artwork, prints and gifts from the Artisan Marketplace have their own delivery rules. 

    There may be taxes or duties to be paid to your local Customs; these taxes are for the customer's own costs.

    Can I collect Pebble Point loyalty points without having an online account? No. You must sign up/register for a Green Pebble account if you want to earn loyalty points. Create an account here. And please note, items bought through the Artisan Marketplace do NOT earn points.

    Do your Pebble Point loyalty points expire? Yes, points expire after 365 days.

    Can I earn and redeem Pebble Points when I buy original artwork, prints and gifts from the Artisan Marketplace? Sorry, no, these items do NOT earn loyalty points, and Loyalty Rewards CANNOT be redeemed to purchase them.

    Can you put me in touch with one of your artists?
    Yes, absolutely. We enjoy passing on your requests to them. Please address your email to info@greenpebble.co.uk and we will make sure the artist gets it. 

    I'm an artist and I would like to submit to Green Pebble
    We love considering artists' work, and although we can't promise to take on everyone who submits to us, we will always try to respond with helpful feedback. Please email info@greenpebble.co.uk and request a submission form. 


    Please note, we seek artists who are comfortable using email and who are not already published with someone else. Also, Our artists MUST tell us if they use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create part or all of their artwork as this will be included in the information on the back of the card/artwork. Transparency is key!

    Can I use your website's photos and descriptions?

    Can I come work for you, I love your cards so much?
    We recruit regularly, so if you live near Beccles in Suffolk (UK), please email info@greenpebble.co.uk. We have a very friendly team, so if you're prone to grumps, sloth, or black moods - or you're one of those people who complains all the time - you may want to reconsider? We like happy people.



    Submit Withdrawal Request

    EU Customers, in law you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the following form to submit your withdrawal request. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them. - All other customers please see our returns policy at the bottom of any page.
