    EU Returns Policy

    If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

    To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@greenpebble.co.uk or calling +44 (0)1502 710427. You must then return the goods to us within a further 14 days.

    Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the original purchase price within 14 days. Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.

    EU Customers, in law you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the following form to submit your withdrawal request. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
