Bill the Pigeon is based on the friendly flock of pigeons that visit my garden and clean up under the bird feeders. Pigeons are underrated, and wonderful, gentle birds.
Each pigeon knitting kit is carefully handmade and packed by me, and will contain all the yarn and notions that you need to knit a cuddly pigeon friend – No need to order all the different yarns and bits and pieces – you can sit back, relax, and start knitting straight away. It's all there for you!

If you'd like to add needles to your kit, a pair of high quality 25cm long 4mm Pony aluminium knitting needles are £2, and a pack of 2 Pony darning needles are £1.
Bill the Pigeon is simply knitted flat on a pair of 4mm (UK 8/ US 6) knitting needles, making him an excellent project for a beginner who knows the basics of knitting: no need to knit in the round.
All kit and parcel packaging is plastic-free, and recyclable.
The gift box measures 28cm x 19cm x 8cm.
