    U.S. CUSTOMERS - Import Duty Changes + ROYAL MAIL update

    American customers, please note that from August 29th 2025, all parcels arriving in the United States will be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of their value. This follows a new Executive Order signed by President Trump on July 30th, 2025, which removes the long-standing de minimis exemption for shipments valued under $800. 

    Duty will now be collected on our website ('DUTY PAID') when you pay for your order, and we will pay it on your behalf, so you should receive your orders as quicky as before :) No hassles and no hold ups at the border into the USA (we hope!).

    How much is the duty? From UK to the USA, duty is currently 10%.

    EU Customers, in law you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the following form to submit your withdrawal request. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
