A beautiful lavender pot miniature painting
I bought some botanical inks - foraged from berries, walnuts and oak gall, and made to medieval recipes. Once I tried using them I was completely sold! The colours are so vibrant and the detail achieved is exquisite.
This miniature picture was created using old-fashioned dip pens and Japanese brushes, handpainted onto handmade Khadi paper.
Sold mounted and framed in a simple black wooden frame which sets the plant pot off perfectly, this would delight any gardener, or flower lover, and make a gorgeous gift for a special friend or relative
