    EU Returns Policy

    If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

    How to Return

    To exercise your right to cancel, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

    • You can also press the "EU - Returns Policy" button in the bottom left of your webpage.

    Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.

    Condition of Returned Items

    Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to your original payment method and will include the standard delivery cost of the original order.

    Please note: we are unable to refund any premium delivery charges, and the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

    Exclusions

    The following items cannot be returned under the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

    • Personalised or custom-made items
    • Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
