Stargazy Pie, Tea Time at Mousehole - A Cornish recipe said to be born out of famine in the village of Mousehole. One winter the village of Mousehole was cut off due to the storms and food was scarce. It is said Tom Bowcock bravely went to sea on his boat and came back to harbour with plenty of fish. The fish went into a pie to feed the village and Stargazy pie was born.
