    We don't have a set 'daily', 'weekly' or 'monthly' schedule - we send out emails when we have new products to share with you, or when we have news which we believe you may be interested in. This means that after you have received our Welcome emails, you will only hear from us about once a fortnight. Yes, sometimes it may be a bit more frequent (around Black Friday, for instance) but you should notice that, in general, you will not hear from us too often.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
