An A6 journal or sketchbook covered in a gorgeous up-cycled kimono silk depicting a country scene and bound using Coptic Stitch.
It has 50 pages (100 sides) of high quality, responsibly sourced 120gsm pale ivory paper, perfect for all writing and drawing mediums. The paper is folded into 5 sections which are then stitched together to create a beautiful exposed spine binding, allowing the book to lay completely flat when open.
Coptic Stitch is one of the most ancient forms of exposed spine binding and is both beautiful and deceptively strong.
The book is hand cut, folded, glued and stitched by me.
