Art wasn't a part of my life until after redundancy at 60, when eventually I realised I wouldn’t work again and had to find some activity. First, I tried printmaking, followed by acrylic painting and then in my 64th year I decided to try oil painting which is now my preferred medium. My love of the bush, the beaches and ocean influence my art. I paint every day in my home studio in Sydney Australia.
