Trade/Wholesale FAQ

What is your minimum order size?
UK companies, we have no minimum order size and carriage on orders of £100+ is free. For smaller orders, we charge a £20 delivery fee. 

What is your delivery time?
We aim to pack every Trade order within 48 hours of having received it (Mon - Fri), but occasionally we are very busy, so please allow for some variation. We use a courier service; smaller orders may be sent by First Class post; for extended areas, we deliver using alternative couriers, which may take longer.

Overseas customers, we dispatch using a courier service.

I need it urgently! 
Our packers don't drink Redbull but they do often seem to have wings, so if you really need something by a particular date, please write it in the 'comments' field or drop an email to info@greenpebble.co.uk after you have placed the order, and we will do our very best for you. We can't promise 100% success but we will certainly try.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver to anywhere in the world. If you wish to use a UK shipping agent, please contact us before placing your order.
