Cute hand made ceramic wren.
This one-off unique little bird was created by sculpting clay and raku-firing, after which the obvara technique was used to give it its speckled surface. It has been finished in bees wax and polished for a gorgeous smooth surface.
The wren is almost life-size: 8 cm (length) x 7.3 (height) x 4.5 cm (width). It nestles in a hand or balances on a flat surface.
