Karen Edward
Having gained a BA Hons in Drawing and Painting, I became a fulltime artist working from my studio in a wee fishing village. I love living next to the sea and walk my dogs on the coastal paths and beaches every day. I am inspired by all I see around me and I paint my favourite things. I work in traditional methods, first sketching, then painting in gouache, acrylic, watercolours and inks. I make all my own papers for collage pieces and I also work digitally on my computer painting on my Wacom tablet.
